Job Summary
We’re hiring a Remote Appointment Setter to follow up with inbound leads, qualify them, and book Zoom or in-home appointments. You’ll be working with warm leads only—no cold calling. This role is all about speed, clarity, and consistency: reaching out within minutes, asking the right questions, and making sure serious prospects get on the calendar. If you’re organized, confident on the phone, and love moving fast—this is for you.
Your Role
You’ll call and text leads within 5–10 minutes of their inquiry, qualify them using our criteria, and book in-home or Zoom appointments. You’ll keep the CRM updated and follow up with no-shows. In simple words—you’ll be the one who keeps the pipeline moving.
Ideal Candidate
You’re a strong communicator and reliable. You’ve got experience in appointment setting or sales (bonus), and you’re ready to grow fast. If you’re sharp, coachable, and serious about leveling up—this is for you.
