What You Get

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for new leads coming through Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads for our partners (remodeling contractors .)
Your role is to respond quickly, qualify each lead, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home estimates.
You’ll also follow up with no-shows, keep our system updated, and help ensure every opportunity is handled properly.
Schedule
38 hours/week — split into two daily shifts 👇
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–1:00 PM US Pacific Time
4:00 PM–7:00 PM US Pacific Time
Saturday
9:00 AM–12:00 PM US Pacific Time
What We Need From You
Strong, confident English communication skills.
A dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet (not a work-from coffee-shop role).
Someone motivated, reliable, and ready to commit long term.
Open to feedback, clear in communication, and able to work without ego.
A strong work ethic and the drive to improve.
